O clube Turminha do bico nasceu aos 24 de fevereiro de 2022 na cidade de Augustinópolis sob o comando do pastor Leonardo César Fonseca que fundou o clube a pedido de mães que tinham o desejo que seus filhos participassem.
A primeira liderança foi composta por diretora Maria Léia, diretores associados Inês Pereira e Antônio Aldo, capelão Carlos André, secretária Verônica, coordenadores da rede familiar Aline e vadilson, conselheiros Maiara, Soraia, Crislany, Maria Aparecida, Raiane.
