Desde 1965 ya había club en Piura, por esos años se invistió hno Oscar Estela como Guía Mayor, en la iglesia central de Piura, ya desde ese tiempo había un club de conquistadores!!!, no se llamaba Orión ... Eran clases progresivas
tenían como instructoras hna. Lilly Gouro, hna Maria Perez, y dirigia el coro del club hna Yolanda Madrid y Gefrey Lizano; como directora hna. María Rodríguez, e instructores a Victor Manuel Rumiche Gutierrez y Roberto Reyes Rosillo Cueva, Oscar Estela Flores.
