O CLUBE INICIOU SUAS ATIVIDADES NO ANO DE 2010 COM APENAS DUAS PESSOAS NA DIREÇÃO (SILVIA E MISHELY) , FOI ESCOLHIDO O NOME KAIRUS JR. PORQUE UM JOVEM DESBRAVADOR CHAMADO ITALO DEU A IDEIA E A DIREÇÃO GOSTOU E ACEITOU. O SLOGAN DO CLUBE FOI CRIADO PELA ESPOSA DO PASTOR DISTRITAL EDSON OLIVEIRA DAQUELE ANO , CLARA OLIVEIRA. A MESMA TAMBÉM CRIOU O UNIFORME E BANDEIRA DO CLUBE. JÁ PASSARAM PELO CLUBE VÁRIOS DIRETORES: MISHELY BORGES, SHEILA, TIARLES SANTANA, GISELE SMITH, MÁRCIA HELENA, MANOEL ALEX, MARIA SEVERINA , ATUALMENTE ESTÁ NA DIREÇÃO DE LIZONEIDE SOUSA E COMO SECRETÁRIA MARIA DE NAZARÉ.
