Criado em 2004, tendo como seu primeiro diretor Adonias Lima de Almeida, a igreja da 403 do Recanto das Emas percebeu a necessidade em atender as crianças da igreja.
Já tivemos como diretores os seguintes:

Èlida Maria de Oliveira de Almeida

E atualmente a nossa diretora Erika Carolina do Nascimentos dos Santos.
