En el año 2007 fue fundado como club URIEL dirigido por el hermano Antonio Lopez juntamente con Deysi Gonzales. La apertura del club se realizo el 24 de marzo con la presencia del GMM Pedro Vega Coordinador general de área de conquistadores de la APC sur.
