FOI APROVADO A CRIAÇÃO DO CLUBE EM 14 DE JUNHO DE 1998, EM REUNIÃO DE COMISSÃO. DURANTE O RESTANTE DO ANO FOI TRAÇADOS PLANOS NOME DO CLUBE, HINO DO CLUBE, EMBLEMA, ETC...). EM 28 DE NOVEMBRO DE 1998 FOI ESCOLHIDO O 1º DIRETOR, FOI O JOVEM "ODIRLEY CAVALCANTE". FICOU O HINO "FIEL A TODA PROVA" E O EMBLEMA UM LEÃO E AS UNIDADES TÊM NOMES DE ANIMAIS.
