O Clube Vanguarda teve sua primeira reunião com Desbravadores no dia 06/05/2018 no CAIC em Três Barras.
Foi fundado pelo irmão Euester Goulart que contou com a ajuda de Raquel Gomes, Marieli Ribas, Professora Valci Konkel, Hudson Fragoso, Aline Fernandes, Guilherme Lourenço, Matilde Barbiot, Márcia Gauloski, Laércio Gauloski, Dieder Oliveira e Luh Oliveira.
Nasceu com o propósito social e missionário dentro da carência do bairro São Cristóvão.
