O Clube de Desbravadores Alfa foi fundado no dia 09 de abril de 1992. Na sede da Igreja Adventista do São Francisco, seu primeiro diretor foi o Sr. José Ribamar. Atualmente o clube continua em atividade sobre a direção de Welington Ribeiro.
