O clube foi fundado em 26 de março de 2006 tendo com seu primeiro diretor Paulo Divino Praxedes e foi composto de 6 unidades Hercules, Pegasus, Orion, Hidra, Andromeda e Aquila . O clube no ano de 2016 completou 10 anos de existência.
