O clube foi fundado em 21/11/2015, dia em que foi realizada a 1ª Feira de Saúde Kids em Gentio do Ouro. Houve um lindo desfile com a participação do clube Everest de Irecê. Foi então inaugurado o clube Vale do Ouro.
Em 2019 participamos de nosso primeiro campori, que aconteceu em Senhor do Bonfim-BA
